Parking policies need serious reconsideration during busy festival periods!!! The breakfast area feels more like a holding pen with guests waiting outside!!! Rooms could benefit from softer mattresses for comfort.

The room was clean and comfy. Lots of nice amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, and even pajamas! Spa facilities were awesome with the onsen. The breakfast was amazing too, with hot grilled miso beef. Really enjoyed the stay!

Superb breakfast featuring local ingredients and charming staff who promptly answered all inquiries. Nice touch with fresh towels left outside the door despite no room service needed.
The breakfast area felt a bit cramped with many guests waiting outside during peak times despite the location’s brilliance.

I stayed in a Standard Twin Room, Non-Smoking for 2 nights. The room was clean and cozy, though it was a bit tight for two. The beds were comfortable, and having a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee maker was a nice touch. Super close to the train station, so that made travel easy. Breakfast was a standout, especially the hoba miso beef. Just wish the room was a bit bigger!
